In early November, during a brief break in between the fall and winter athletics season, Middle School athletes came together in the gym for an afternoon of Nighthawk pride. Throughout the break week, all Middle School student athletes had been competing in fun events to unite Nighthawk athletes and come together to celebrate the many accomplishments they have achieved during the fall season. Prior to the event, each Middle School team created a cheer to share with their peers—some, even with choreography, and some to familiar tunes. After each team shared their cheer, students enjoyed a performance by Class VII/VIII dancers.

Head of Middle School Ms. du Nouy shared the winner of the competition: Class VII/VIII Team Hawk volleyball! Once they received their prize—a Nighthawk t-shirt—all athletes broke into groups with their teams. Alongside their coaches, students reflected on the season, sharing moments of pride and challenges they overcame.
